Class C DBRS Highest Enhancement Rate definition

Class C DBRS Highest Enhancement Rate means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) 26.50% and (b) the highest, for any calendar month within the preceding twelve calendar months, of the greater of (x) an amount (not less than zero) equal to 100% minus the Measurement Month Average for the immediately preceding Measurement Month and (y) an amount (not less than zero) equal to 100% minus the Market Value Average as of the Determination Date within such calendar month (excluding the Market Value Average for any Determination Date which has not yet occurred).

  • Class A-2 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.

  • Class C Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date.

  • Class E Interest Rate means 5.02% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class A-2-A Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate equal to 0.02% in excess of LIBOR as determined by the Calculation Agent on the related LIBOR Determination Date with respect to each Interest Period.

  • Class A Pass-Through Rate As to the Class A-1 and Class A-R Certificates, the Class A Fixed Pass-Through Rate. The Class A-PO Certificates are not entitled to interest and have no Class A Pass-Through Rate.

  • Class A-2 Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.278%.
