Examples of Class C Master Certificate in a sentence

  • For purposes of the REMIC election in respect of the Master REMIC, (i) the Certificates shall be designated as the "regular interests" in the Master REMIC and (ii) the Class C Master Certificate shall be designated as the sole Class of "residual interests" in the Master REMIC.
