Class C Note means any one of the Series 2024-2 6.01% Rental Car Asset Backed Notes, Class C, executed by ABRCF and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1, Exhibit C-2 or Exhibit C-3. Definitive Class C Notes shall have such insertions and deletions as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2.18 of the Base Indenture.
Class C operator means the individual responsible for initially addressing emergencies presented by a spill or release from an UST system. The Class C operator typically controls or monitors the dispensing or sale of regulated substances.
Class C Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Distribution Network means a 'distribution network' as defined in Special Condition E2A of the Transporter's Licence held by each DN Operator;
Class A-3 Component The Component having such designation.
Class C Note Rate means 3.48% per annum.
Class D Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 2.00000%.
Class C Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Class A-4 Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.469%.
Class C Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date.
Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.
Class C Class D," "Class E," "Class F," "Class G," "Class H," "Class J," "Class K," "Class L," "Class M," "Class N," "Class O," "Class P," "Class R-I," "Class R-II" and "Class R-III" respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibits.
Class C Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class C Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class C Notes.
Class A-3 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.356%.
Data Universal Numbering System +4 (DUNS+4) number means the DUNS number assigned by D&B plus a 4- character suffix that may be assigned by a business concern. (D&B has no affiliation with this 4-character suffix.) This 4-character suffix may be assigned at the discretion of the business concern to establish additional SAM records for identifying alternative Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts for the same parent concern.
Class C Noteholders means the holders of any Class C Notes from time to time.
CVV, CVV2, CVC2 or PVV means the security digits encoded on the Card, printed on the Card signature strip or appearing elsewhere on the Card.
Class C Monthly Interest is defined in Section 4.1(c).
Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.
Class C Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class C Note is registered in the Note Register.
Class D Component The Component having such designation.
Digital Signal Level 3 (DS-3 means the 44.736 Mbps third level signal in the time division multiplex hierarchy.
Class D Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Accrued Class C Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class C Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class C Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.
