Class C Ordinary Share definition

Class C Ordinary Share shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).
Class C Ordinary Share means a Class C Ordinary Share of a par value of US$0.00025 in the capital of the Company, and having the rights, preferences, privileges and restrictions provided for in the Memorandum and these Articles;
Class C Ordinary Share has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(b).
