Class C pool definition
Class C pool means a public pool that is designed specifically as a bathing attraction or for sporting or recreational purposes and may include, but is not limited to, special features such as:

Class C Invested Amount means, when used with respect to any date, an amount equal to (a) the Class C Initial Invested Amount minus (b) the amount of principal payments made to Class C Noteholders on or prior to such date.
Class C Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class C Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC 3 for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class C Monthly Interest is defined in Section 4.1(c).
Class C Class D," "Class E," "Class F," "Class G," "Class H," "Class J," "Class K," "Class L," "Class M," "Class N," "Class O," "Class R-I," "Class R-II" and "Class R-III" respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibits.
Class C Member means a Member holding the Class C Ordinary Share.
