Class CE Certificate definition
Class CE Certificate. Any one of the Class CE Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-11 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class CE Certificate. Any one of the Class CE Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trust Administrator, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-16 and evidencing (i) a Regular Interest in REMIC IV, (ii) the obligation to pay Net WAC Rate Carryover Amounts and Swap Termination Payments and (iii) the right to receive the Class IO Distribution Amount.

Any Certificate designated as a “Class CE Certificate” on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-4 hereto, representing the right to its Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class CE Certificates herein and evidencing (i) a Regular Interest in REMIC IV, (ii) the obligation to pay Basis Risk Shortfall Carry Forward Amounts and (iii) the right to receive Class IO Distribution Amounts.

Class CE Certificate. Any one of the Certificates with a “CE” designated on the face thereof substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit E, executed by the Trustee on behalf of the Trust and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein.
