  • If, on any Distribution Date, the Class D Allocable Amount for such Distribution Date exceeds the amount of Excess Spread and Shared Excess Finance Charge Collections available to fund the Class D Allocable Amount for such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.8(m), then the Class D Invested Amount shall be reduced by the amount of such excess (a "Class D Investor Charge Off"); provided, however, that the Class D Invested Amount shall not be reduced below zero.
