Class D Units definition

Class D Units has the meaning ascribed to such term in the LLC Agreement.

Class D Units has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(a)(iv).

Class D Units means the Class D Units of the Company.

• Unless otherwise indicated in the Disclosure Document, the Class I Units are subject to a minimum investment requirement that may be satisfied based on an Investor’s total investments in this FuturesAccess Fund and Class D Units are subject to a minimum investment requirement that may be satisfied based on an Investor’s total investments in this FuturesAccess Fund plus the Investor’s total investments in certain other products offered or sponsored by BAC.

More Definitions of Class D Units

Class D Units means the Class D ordinary partnership units of the Partnership held by the Company or any Related Party.

Class D Units shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.

Class D Units means Class D currency hedged mutual fund units of a fund.

Class D Units means the Units having the privileges, preferences, and rights specified with respect to “Class D Units” in this Agreement, including those described in Section 7.1(c)(5).
