Class A Units definition
Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.

Examples of Class A Units in a sentence
The Company shall prepare and file with the Commission, as soon as practicable following the Effective Date, a registration statement for an offering to be made on a continuous basis pursuant to Rule 415 registering the resale from time to time by the Suozzi Member of all of the Class A Units issuable under the terms of this Letter Agreement and held by the Suozzi Member (the “Registerable Securities”).
The Company shall cause the Registrable Securities to be listed for trading on the principal Exchange on which its Class A Units are then listed.
More Definitions of Class A Units
Class A Units means the Class A Units of the Company.
Class A Units means the Units having the privileges, preferences, and rights specified with respect to “Class A Units” in this Agreement, including those described in Section 7.1(c)(2).
