Class E-2 Notes definition

Class E-2 Notes. The Equipment Contract Backed Notes, Series 2010-A, Class E-2 issued by LEAF Capital Funding SPE A, LLC, pursuant to the Indenture, with a maximum Outstanding Note Balance of $4,945,000, unless increased pursuant to the Optional Commitment Increase.
Class E-2 Notes has the meaning set forth in the first recital.
Class E-2 Notes means the Second Issuance Notes that are designated Class E-2 Notes with an initial Outstanding Principal Balance not to exceed $11,734,778, and all Notes, if any, issued in replacement or substitution therefor.

  • The period from the Closing Date to but excluding (i) for each Class of Refinancing Notes, the Distribution Date in [August 2019] and (ii) for the Class E-1 Notes, the Class E-2 Notes and the Class F Notes, the Distribution Date in August 2018.

  • Neither the Class E-2 Notes nor the Contract Assets are insured by any Person or any governmental agency.

  • The Collateral secures the Class E-2 Notes issued under the Indenture equally and ratably without prejudice, priority, or distinction between any Class E-2 Note and any other Class E-2 Note by reason of time of issue or otherwise, and also secures the payment of certain other amounts and certain other obligations as described in the Indenture.

  • This Indenture provides for the issuance by the Issuer of six classes of Notes, namely, the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes, the Class E-1 Notes and the Class E-2 Notes.

Class E-2 Notes means the Class E-2 Deferrable Mezzanine Secured Fixed/Floating Rate Notes due November 5, 2035, issued by the Co-Issuers on the Closing Date, that bear interest at a fixed rate per annum equal to 7.201% for the period from the Closing Date to the last day of the Interest Period ending immediately prior to the Distribution Date in August 2015, and a floating rate per annum equal to LIBOR plus 2.90% at all times thereafter.
Class E-2 Notes means any Class E-2 Notes described in Article II of, and authorized by, and authenticated and delivered under, the Indenture.
