Class E Member means any Person admitted as an additional member of the Company holding Class E Shares or a substitute member of the Company holding Class E Shares pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, in each case in its capacity as a member of the Company holding Class E Shares and for so long as such Person continues to hold Class E Shares.
Class E Member means each Person admitted to the Company as a Member and who holds Class E Common Shares.
Class E Member means the International Ice Hockey Federation. “Class F Member” means the City of Toronto.

Class E Member has the meaning set forth in Section 2.9.
Class E Member means any Person admitted to the Company as a member of the Company and who holds Class E Units in its capacity as a Class E Member, as set forth on Exhibit A, which shall be updated from time to time.
Class E Member means any firm, corporation, not-for-profit corporation, Village, Town, City, Sanitary District, or other municipal entity, or subdivision thereof that holds a facility permit through the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency authorizing sewage treatment to its residents, members, and/or customers in the area to be served by the Corporation, provided that said firm, corporation, not-for-profit corporation, Village, Town, City, Sanitary District, or other municipal entity, or subdivision complies with the requirements contained in Article I, Section 3. Membership in the Corporation shall entitle a Class E member to one (1) or more wholesale sanitary sewerage connections to the extent provided within the formal wholesale sanitary sewerage transportation and/or treatment agreement between the Corporation and the Class E Member. A Class E Member shall exercise all Membership rights and privileges through a representative or alternate, as provided in Section 3 of Article IV of these Bylaws, which such representative or alternate may exercise in his or her sole discretion. A Class E Member shall not have any right to serve as a member of the Board of Directors or voting privileges, except as through its representative or alternate, as provided in Article IV, Section 3 of these Bylaws, if so designated.
Class E Member means each Member holding Class E Units and their respective permitted successors, transferees and assigns, in each case which are admitted as a Member in accordance with this Agreement.
Class E Member. “Class W Member”, “Class X Member”, “Class Y Member” and/or “Class Z Member”. Each category of Member shall have the rights set forth herein. Any holder of a Class A Unit shall be a Class A Member. Any holder of a Class B Unit shall be a Class B Member. Any holder of a Class C Unit shall be a Class C Member. Any holder of a Class D Unit shall be a Class D Member. Any holder of a Class E Unit shall be a Class E Member. Any holder of a Class W Unit shall be a Class W Member. Any holder of a Class X Unit shall be a Class X Member. Any holder of a Class Y Unit shall be a Class Y Member. Any holder of a Class Z Unit shall be a Class Z Member. The number of Class A Units, Class B Units, Class C Units, Class D Units, Class E Units, Class W Units, Class X Units, Class Y Units and/or Class Z Units initially held by each Member is set forth in the books and records of the Company.
Class E Member means any Member that holds Class E Preferred Units, in such Member’s capacity as a holder of such Class E Preferred Units as set forth on Exhibit C hereto, which may be amended from time to time as set forth herein.
