Class F Distribution Amount definition

Class F Distribution Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, the product of (i) the per annum rate equal to the excess, if any, of 3.00% over LIBOR for such date and (ii) the aggregate Principal Balance of the Fixed Rate Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Due Period.

Class F Distribution Amount means an amount equal to (A) 24.17% multiplied by (B) the quotient of (i) the appropriate Class F/G Applicable Percentages multiplied by (ii) the Distributable Assets to be distributed to the Unitholders in excess of the sum of (x) the Class F/G Distribution Threshold Amount and (y) the aggregate amount of Capital Contributions of the Class F Unitholders and Class G Unitholders returned to such Unitholders under Section 4.4(a)(3)(A) (such excess Distributable Assets being referred to herein as the “Excess Threshold Amount”).
