Class F Notes definition

Class F Notes means any of the Class F Notes executed by the Issuer and authenticated by or on behalf of the Indenture Trustee pursuant to this Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

Class F Notes. The Class F Seventh Priority Floating Rate Deferrable Interest Term Notes Due 2046, issued by the Issuer and the Co-Issuer pursuant to this Indenture.

Class F Notes means the Class F 7.65% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-6.

Examples of Class F Notes in a sentence

• To the extent that interest payments on the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes, the Class E Notes or the Class F Notes are not made on a relevant Payment Date, such unpaid interest amounts will be deferred and the amount thereof added to the principal amount Outstanding of the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes, the Class E Notes or the Class F Notes, as the case may be, and earn interest at the interest rate applicable to such Notes.

• To the extent that interest payments on the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes, the Class E Notes or the Class F Notes are not made on a relevant Payment Date, such unpaid interest amounts will be deferred and the amount thereof added to the principal amount Outstanding of the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes, the Class E Notes or the Class F Notes as the case may be, and earn interest at the interest rate applicable to such Notes.

• If the Class E Notes or Class F Notes are so treated, gain on the sale of a Class E Note or Class F Note could be treated as ordinary income and subject to an additional tax in the nature of interest, and certain interest on the Class E Notes or Class F Notes could be subject to the additional tax.

• In the event of any redemption in full or acceleration of the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes, the Class E Notes, the Class F Notes and the Subordinated Notes will also be subject to automatic redemption and/or acceleration and the Collateral will, in each case, be liquidated.

More Definitions of Class F Notes

Class F Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

Class F Notes. The Class F Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes issued pursuant to this Indenture and having the characteristics specified in Section 2.3.

Class F Notes. As defined in the Indenture.

Class F Notes means the £15,600,000 class F asset backed notes in registered form issued by the Issuer and constituted by the Note Trust Deed;

Class F Notes. The 4.55% Asset Backed Notes, Class F in the initial aggregate principal amount of $28,000,000 issued pursuant to the Indenture.

Class F Notes has the meaning set forth in the first recital.

Class F Notes means (a) prior to the Amendment Date, the Class F Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes issued pursuant to the Original Indenture on the Closing Date and (b) on and after the Amendment Date, the Class F-RR Mezzanine Deferrable Floating Rate Notes having the applicable Note Interest Rate and Stated Maturity as set forth in Section 2.3.
