Class F Notes definition

Class F Notes means any of the Class F Notes executed by the Issuer and authenticated by or on behalf of the Indenture Trustee pursuant to this Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

Class F Notes. The Class F Sixth Priority Floating Rate Capitalized Interest Term Notes due 2037, issued by the Issuer pursuant to this Indenture.

Class F Notes means the Class F 7.51% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-6.

Examples of Class F Notes in a sentence

• To the extent that an auction conducted by the Indenture Trustee during the Auction Period results in a bid equal to or greater than the Minimum Sale Price, Indenture Trustee shall, within two (2) Business Days of receiving such bid, notify the Holders of the Class F Notes of the amount of the highest bid (such bid, the “Winning Bid”) and offer such Holders the opportunity to purchase the Collateral for an amount greater than the Winning Bid.

• The Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-4 Notes[, the Class A-5 Notes,] [and] the Class B Notes[,] [and the Class C Notes][,] [and the Class D Notes][,] [and] [the Class E Notes] [and the Class F Notes] (collectively, the “Notes”) are and will be equally and ratably secured by the collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture and subject to the subordination provisions therein.

• Any one of the Class F Notes executed by the Issuers and authenticated by the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form attached to the Indenture.

• Upon receipt of a bid from the Holders of the Class F Notes or notice that the Holders of the Class F Notes have declined such option , the Indenture Trustee shall, within two Business Days of receiving such bid or notice, notify the Holders of the Class G Notes and offer such Holders the opportunity to purchase the Collateral for an amount greater than the Winning Bid and the bid, if any, submitted by the Holders of the Class F Notes.

• The [Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2 Notes, Class A-3 Notes, Class A-4 Notes[,] [and] [the Class B Notes][,] [and] [the Class C Notes][,] [and] [the Class D Notes][,] [and] [the Class E Notes] [and the Class F Notes]] are collectively referred to herein as the “[Underwritten] Notes”.

More Definitions of Class F Notes

Class F Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

Class F Notes. The Class F Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes issued pursuant to this Indenture and having the characteristics specified in Section 2.3.

Class F Notes. As defined in the Indenture.

Class F Notes means the £5,500,000 class F asset backed notes in registered form issued by the Issuer constituted by the Note Trust Deed;

Class F Notes. The 4.55% Asset Backed Notes, Class F in the initial aggregate principal amount of $28,000,000 issued pursuant to the Indenture.

Class F Notes has the meaning set forth in the first recital.

Class F Notes means (a) prior to the Amendment Date, the Class F Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes issued pursuant to the Original Indenture on the Closing Date and (b) on and after the Amendment Date, the Class F-RR Mezzanine Deferrable Floating Rate Notes having the applicable Note Interest Rate and Stated Maturity as set forth in Section 2.3.
