Class F Notes definition

Class F Notes means any of the Class F Notes executed by the Issuer and authenticated by or on behalf of the Indenture Trustee pursuant to this Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A.
Class F Notes. The Class F Seventh Priority Floating Rate Capitalized Interest Term Notes due 2038, issued by the Issuer and the Co-Issuer pursuant to this Indenture.
Class F Notes means the Class F 7.65% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-6.

Examples of Class F Notes in a sentence

  • To the extent that an auction conducted by the Indenture Trustee during the Auction Period results in a bid equal to or greater than the Minimum Sale Price, Indenture Trustee shall, within two (2) Business Days of receiving such bid, notify the Holders of the Class F Notes of the amount of the highest bid (such bid, the “Winning Bid”) and offer such Holders the opportunity to purchase the Collateral for an amount greater than the Winning Bid.

  • The Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-4 Notes[, the Class A-5 Notes,] [and] the Class B Notes[,] [and the Class C Notes][,] [and the Class D Notes][,] [and] [the Class E Notes] [and the Class F Notes] (collectively, the “Notes”) are and will be equally and ratably secured by the collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture and subject to the subordination provisions therein.

More Definitions of Class F Notes

Class F Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Class F Notes. The Class F Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes issued pursuant to this Indenture and having the characteristics specified in Section 2.3.
