Interest on the Class F Notes shall accrue at the Class F Rate and shall be computed on the basis of the actual number of days in the related Interest Accrual Period divided by 360.
So long as any Class F Notes are Outstanding, any more junior Class of Notes and the Preferred Shares will receive payments only in accordance with the Priority of Payments.
