Class H Shares definition

Class H Shares means the Class H Shares issued to the Class H Members having the rights, obligations and terms specified in this Agreement.
Class H Shares the "Class I Shares", the "Class J Shares", the "Class K Shares", the "Class L Shares", the "Class M Shares, and the Class N Shares", respectively. The Portfolio contains four classes of Shares: the Class F Shares, the Class H Shares, the Class J Shares, and the Class M Shares.
