Class H Shares definition

Class H Shares means the Class H Shares issued to the Class H Members having the rights, obligations and terms specified in this Agreement.
Class H Shares the "Class I Shares", the "Class J Shares", the "Class K Shares", the "Class L Shares", the "Class M Shares, and the "Class N Shares", respectively. The Portfolio contains two classes of Shares: the Class K Shares and the Class N Shares.
Class H Shares means Ordinary Shares issued as Class H Shares whichmay be denominated in US Dollars, Euros, Sterling, Yen, Swiss Francs or Norwegian Krone and/or such other currency par value as the Directors may determine from time to time.

  • The performance of Class B Shares and Class H Shares will differ due to differences in expenses.

  • Class H Shares will generally be offered only to other mutual funds for which Hatteras Funds, LLC serves as investment adviser (the “Advisor”), employees of the Advisor and Trustees of the Trust.

  • Class H Shares are subject to an Operating Services Fee of 0.25%.

More Definitions of Class H Shares

Class H Shares means Shares designated as “H” ordinary shares, the rights of which are set out in Annexure “A”, and the holders of which shall have their details reflected in the Securities Register;

Related to Class H Shares

  • H Shares means the overseas-listed foreign invested shares in the share capital of the Company with a nominal value of RMB1.00 each, which are subscribed for and traded in Hong Kong Dollars;

  • Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.

  • Preferred Shares means shares of Series A Junior Participating Preferred Stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company having the rights and preferences set forth in the Form of Certificate of Designations attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A.

  • Class B Common Stock means the Class B common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.
