Class I-B Shares definition

Class I-B Shares means the Class I-B Shares, par value US$0.0001 per share, of the Company.
Class I-B Shares means collectively the series of shares designated as the Class "I-B" (SK) shares and the series of shares designated as the Class "I-B" (MB) shares of the Fund, and "Class I-B (MB) Shares" means the series of shares designated as Class "I-B" (MB) shares of the Fund and "Class I-B (SK) Shares" means the series of shares designated as the Class "I-B" (SK) shares of the Fund.
