If less than all of the 2002 Series A Class I Bonds are to be redeemed in accordance with the preceding paragraph, then, except as otherwise directed by an Authority Request that certifies that such request is consistent with the most recently filed Cash Flow Statement Related to the 2002 Series A Bonds, the 2002 Series A Class I Bonds shall be redeemed on a pro rata by maturity basis.
