Class IIM-2 Interest Carryover Amount definition
Class IIM-2 Interest Carryover Amount. As of any Distribution Date, the sum of (A) if on such Distribution Date the Pass-Through Rate for the Class IIM-2 Certificates is based upon the Group II Available Funds Cap, the excess of (i) the amount of interest the Class IIM-2 Certificates would otherwise be entitled to receive on such Distribution Date had such rate been calculated as the sum of One-Month LIBOR and the applicable Class IIM-2 Margin for such Distribution Date, up to the Group II Weighted Maximum Rate Cap, over (ii) the amount of interest payable on the Class IIM-2 Certificates at the Group II Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date, up to the Group II Weighted Maximum Rate Cap and (B) the Class IIM-2 Interest Carryover Amount for all previous Distribution Dates not previously paid pursuant to Section 4.04(f)(vi), together with interest thereon at a rate equal to the sum of One-Month LIBOR and the applicable Class IIM-2 Margin for such Distribution Date.
