Class IO-1 Certificate definition

Class IO-1 Certificate. Any one of the Class IO-1 Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trust Administrator, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-7 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions. The Class IO-1 Certificates shall not have a Certificate Principal Balance and shall not be entitled to any distributions of principal.
Class IO-1 Certificate. Any one of the Class IO-1 Certificates, executed by the Securities Administrator and authenticated and delivered by the Securities Administrator, senior in right of payment to the Class M and Class B Certificates, substantially in the form of the Class A Certificate set forth in Exhibit A-1 hereto.
Class IO-1 Certificate. Any one of the Certificates with a "Class IO-1" designation on the face thereof substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto and, prior to the Transition Date, evidencing a portion of the aggregate of all of the REMIC III Components other than the REMIC III IO-2 Component and, on and after the Transition Date, evidencing a portion of the aggregate of all of the REMIC IV Components other than the REMIC IV IO-2 Component for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
