  • The Trustee acknowledges receipt of the REMIC III Regular Interests (which are uncertificated) and the other assets of REMIC IV and declares that it holds and will hold the same in trust for the exclusive use and benefit of the holders of the Regular Certificates (other than the Class CE Certificates and the Class P Certificates), the Class CE Interests, the Class IO Interests, the Class P Interests and the Class I-R-3 Certificates.
