Class IO Shortfalls definition

Class IO Shortfalls. As defined in Section 8.13. For the avoidance of doubt, the Class IO Shortfall for any Distribution Date shall equal the amount payable to the Class X Certificates in respect of amounts due to the Swap Provider on such Distribution Date (other than Defaulted Swap Termination Payments) in excess of the amount payable on the Class X Interest (prior to any reduction for Basis Risk Payments or Swap Termination Payments) on such Distribution Date, all as further provided in Section 8.13.
Class IO Shortfalls. As defined in Section 4.08. For the avoidance of doubt, the Class IO Shortfall for any Distribution Date shall equal the amount payable by the Class CE Certificates in respect of amounts due to the Swap Provider on such Distribution Date (other than any Swap Termination Payment resulting from a Swap Provider Trigger Event) in excess of the amount payable on the Class CE Interest (prior to any reduction for Cap Carryover Amounts or Swap Termination Payments) and the Class IO Interest on such Distribution Date, all as further provided in Section 4.08.

  • Class A Note Interest Shortfall means, for any distribution date, the excess of: • the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount on the preceding distribution date, over • the amount of interest actually distributed to the class A noteholders on that preceding distribution date, plus interest on the amount of that excess, to the extent permitted by law, at the interest rate applicable for each related class of notes from that preceding distribution date to the current distribution date.
