Class LR Certificate definition

Class LR Certificate. A Certificate designated as "Class LR" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-27 hereto, evidencing the sole class of "residual interests" in the Lower-Tier REMIC for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

Class LR Certificate. Any Certificate executed and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-14 hereto. The Class LR Certificates have no Pass-Through Rate, Certificate Principal Amount or Notional Amount.

Class LR Certificate. A Certificate designated as "Class [LR]" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-12 hereto.
