Class M-2 Interest. Rate: With respect to any Payment Date, the least of:
Class M-2 Interest. A regular interest in REMIC 2 that has an initial principal balance of $6,084,000 as of the Cut-off Date and bears interest at a per annum rate equal to the lesser of (i) the Class M-2 Pass-Through Rate and (ii) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate. Ownership of the Class M-2 Interest is evidenced by the Class M-2 Certificates.
