Class M-2 Interest Shortfall means, as to any Remittance Date, the difference, if any, between (A) the sum of (i) the amount distributed to Holders of the Class M-2 Certificates on such Remittance Date pursuant to Section 8.03(a)(4)(i) and (ii), and (ii) any amount distributed to the Holders of the Class M-2 Certificates pursuant to Section 8.03(c) on such Remittance Date, and (B) the Class M-2 Interest Distribution Amount for such Remittance Date.
Class M-2 Interest Shortfall means, as to any Distribution Date, the difference, if any, between (A) the sum of (i) the amount distributed to Holders of the Class M-2 Certificates on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 8.03(a)(5)(i) and (ii), and (ii) any amount distributed to the Holders of the Class M-2 Certificates pursuant to Section 8.03(c) on such Distribution Date, and (B) the Class M-2 Interest Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date.
