With respect to any distributions to be made on the Class M-3 Certificates, the Class M-4 Certificates, the Class M-5 Certificates, the Class CE Certificates or the Class P Certificates pursuant to Section 4.01(a)(2), (3) or (4) such distributions will be made first, on the Class M-3 Interest, the Class M-4 Interest, the Class M-5 Interest, the Class CE Interest or the Class P Interest, as applicable, and then, on the related Class of Certificates.
On the Closing Date, the Depositor shall deposit into the Class M Interest Reserve Fund an amount equal to the sum of the Class M-4 Interest Reserve Fund Amount, the Class M-5 Interest Reserve Fund Amount, the Class M-6 Interest Reserve Fund Amount and the Class M-7 Interest Reserve Fund Amount.
