Class N Note definition

Class N Note. Any Note executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A and designated as a Class N Note.
Class N Note. Any one of the Notes designated on the face thereof as a Class N Note, executed by the Owner Trustee, on behalf of the NIMS Trust, and authenticated and delivered by the Indenture Trustee, in the form attached as an exhibit to the NIMS Indenture.

Examples of Class N Note in a sentence

  • None of the Issuer, the Depositor, the Indenture Trustee, the Securities Administrator or the Note Registrar is obligated to register or qualify any Class N Notes under the Securities Act or any other securities law or to take any action not otherwise required under this Indenture to permit the transfer of any Class N Note or interest therein without registration or qualification.

  • Accrued interest on any Class N Note shall be calculated on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.

  • Accrued Note Interest on any Class N Note shall be calculated on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.

  • Within a reasonable period of time after the end of each calendar year, the Indenture Trustee shall furnish to each Person who at any time during the calendar year was a Holder of a Class N Note a statement containing the information set forth in subclauses (i) and (ii) above, aggregated for such calendar year or applicable portion thereof during which such person was a Noteholder.

  • In the case of information furnished pursuant to subclauses (i) and (ii) above, the amounts shall be expressed as a dollar amount per single Class N Note.
