Class Notice List definition

Class Notice List means the names, mailing addresses, and email addresses of all potential Class Members compiled by the Settlement Administrator from information provided by Class Counsel and the Settling Defendants, including from Daily Harvest’s records of all individuals to whom it sold or shipped the Crumbles, to be used by the Settlement Administrator for the sole purpose of performing the Settlement Administrator’s obligations pursuant to this Settlement Agreement.
Class Notice List means a list generated by the Settlement Administrator as set forth in Section X.A.i of all AdvancePay Accountholders nationwide who may be part of the Settlement Class.
Class Notice List means a list of all individuals who American identifies through reasonable searches of its business records as persons who may be members of the Settlement Class.

Examples of Class Notice List in a sentence

  • By no later than fifty (50) Days after the Preliminary Approval Date, the Settlement Administrator will mail the Mail Notice (substantially in the form attached to the Settlement as Exhibit D), including a removable Claim Form with prepaid postage (substantially in the form attached to the Settlement as Exhibit A), to all persons on the Settlement Class Notice List who have yet to submit a Claim Form and for whom a mailing address was provided by American or located by the Settlement Administrator.

  • By no later than fourteen (14) days following entry of this Preliminary Approval Order, American shall provide the Settlement Class Notice List and accompanying information set forth in the Settlement Agreement to the Settlement Administrator.

  • The Settlement Administrator shall also include in the Class Notice List any AdvancePay Accountholder who may be identified from GTL’s monthly breakage reports as having a positive account balance that was reduced to $0.00 due to account inactivity for 180 days or less on or after April 3, 2011 but for whom GTL deleted or otherwise did not retain the AdvancePay Accountholder’s transaction-history record (“Deleted Account”).

  • To permit the Settlement Administrator to prepare the Class Notice List, GTL shall, no later than fourteen (14) business days after the Execution Date, supplement the class data environment GTL previously created in connection with this Action so that it contains all available transaction-history records, credit card data, and monthly breakage reports for individuals affected by GTL’s Inactivity Policy from April 3, 2011, through and including October 6, 2021.

  • No later than twenty (20) days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, Defendants shall provide to the Settlement Administrator and Class Counsel the Class Notice List.

  • No later than sixty (60) Days after the mailing process described in Paragraph G.1, the Settlement Administrator will mail the Court-approved Postcard/Email Reminder (substantially in the form of Exhibit E) to all individuals on the Class Notice List who have yet to submit a Claim Form and whose mailing addresses were derived as part of the process described in Paragraph E above.

  • The Settlement Administrator shall only use the Class Notice List as necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

Related to Class Notice List

  • Class Notice means the COURT APPROVED NOTICE OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AND HEARING DATE FOR FINAL COURT APPROVAL, to be mailed to Class Members in English in the form, without material variation, attached as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

  • CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).

  • Application Deadline means 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on the final day of the Application Period.

  • Xxxxx Notice means the Notice of Grant of Stock Option accompanying the Agreement, pursuant to which Optionee has been informed of the basic terms of the option evidenced hereby.

  • Request for Applications (RFA) means the document (including all exhibits, attachments, and published addenda), issued by the System Agency under which applications for grant funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference in the Grant Agreement for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Denial notice means a board notification denying an application for the issuance or renewal of a license as required by the Act.

  • Request for Proposal (RFP means the solicitation document issued by Purchasing to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.

  • FOIA Notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;

  • PAGA Notice means Plaintiff’s October 27, 2022, letter to Ansible and the LWDA providing notice pursuant to Labor Code section 2699.3, subd.(a).

  • Selection Notice means a notice substantially in the form set out in Part II of Schedule 3 (Requests) given in accordance with Clause 9 (Interest Periods).

  • Reminder Notice means a notice in writing issued in accordance with clause 7.1(1)(a).

  • Submission Deadline means 1:00 P.M., New York City time, on any Auction Date or such other time on any Auction Date as may be specified by the Auction Agent from time to time as the time by which each Broker-Dealer must submit to the Auction Agent in writing all Orders obtained by it for the Auction to be conducted on such Auction Date.

  • OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

  • Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).

  • Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A.

  • Notice Deadline means 2.30 p.m. (Dublin time), provided that the Notice Deadline in respect of any Series of ETP Securities may be adjusted by agreement between the Issuer and the Margin Loan Provider with effect from the fifth calendar day following the date on which notice of such adjustment is given to the holders in accordance with Condition 17.

  • Objection Deadline means the date identified in the Preliminary Approval Order and Class Notice by which a Settlement Class Member must serve written objections, if any, to the Settlement to be able to object to the Settlement. The Objection Deadline shall be no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Deficiency Notice has the meaning specified in Section 6.1(a);

  • Solicitation” or "Request for Applications (RFA means the document (including all amendments and attachments) issued by the System Agency under which applications for Program funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Mediation Notice is defined in Section 6.2(b).

  • Request for Proposals (RFP means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

  • Response Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(a).

  • Withdrawal Notice shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.6.

  • Claims Objection Deadline means the deadline for objecting to a Claim against a Debtor, which shall be on the date that is the later of (a) 180 days after the Effective Date and (b) such other period of limitation as may be fixed by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, or by an order of the Court for objecting to such Claims.

  • Consent Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a).

  • Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 2.6(f).
