class of insurance means a class or classes of insurance described in section 8, and a reference in this Act to a particular class of insurance is a reference to the insurance of risks falling within that particular class determined in accordance with section 8;
class of insurance means a subgroup within a branch of insurance consisting of services covering the same or similar perils;
class of insurance means any class of insurance business prescribed in the First Schedule of the Act. The classes of insurance business are Motor Vehicle, Property, Liability, Workers Compensation, Marine Aviation & Transport, Personal Accident and Pecuniary Loss.
