Class Principal Distributable Amount definition
Class Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Class of Class A Notes on a Payment Date, the remainder, if any, of the Class A Noteholders' Monthly Principal Distributable Amount for that Payment Date after subtracting the Class Principal Distributable Amount for each Class of Class A Notes having priority of payment over such Class of Class A Notes; provided that (a) in no event shall the Class Principal Distributable Amount for any Class exceed the outstanding principal amount of that Class, (b) on the A-1 Note Final Scheduled Maturity Date, the Class Principal Distributable Amount for the A-1 Notes will include the amount, to the extent of available funds, necessary (after giving effect to the other amounts to be deposited in the Note Distribution Account on such Payment Date and allocable to principal) to reduce the outstanding principal amount of the A-1 Notes to zero and (c) on the applicable final scheduled maturity date, the Class Principal Distributable Amount for each other Class of Class A Notes will include the amount, to the extent of available funds, necessary (after giving effect to the other amounts to be deposited in the Note Distribution Account on such Payment Date and allocable to principal) to reduce the outstanding principal amount of such Class of Notes to zero. For purposes of the foregoing, the various Classes of Class A Notes shall have the following priority (beginning with the highest priority and descending to the lowest): the A-1 Notes, the A-2 Notes, the A-3 Notes and the A-4 Notes.
