Class R-1 Interest. The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 1.

  • In addition, with respect to each Class R Certificate, the holder thereof may exchange, in the manner described above, such Class R Certificate for three separate certificates, each representing such holder's respective Percentage Interest in the Class R-1 Interest, the Class R-2 Interest and the Class R-3 Interest, respectively, in each case that was evidenced by the Class R Certificate being exchanged.

  • For the purposes of the REMIC elections in respect of the Trust Fund, (i) the Class R-1 Interest will constitute the sole class of "residual interest" in REMIC 1, (ii) the Class R-2 Interest will constitute the sole class of "residual interest" in REMIC 2, and (iii) the Class R-3 Interest will constitute the sole class of "residual interest" in REMIC 3, and the Regular Certificates shall be designated as the "regular interests" in REMIC 3.

  • In addition, the Class R-1 Interest is hereby designated as the sole residual interest in REMIC I and the Class R Certificate evidences ownership of the Class R-1 Interest and is also hereby designated as the sole residual interest in REMIC II.
