Class S Certificates. The Class S-1 Certificates and the Class S-2 Certificates.
Class S Certificates. Any one of the Class S Certificates as designated on the face thereof substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-2 executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, representing the rights to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in REMIC 3.
Class S Certificates. CLASS T CERTIFICATES," "CLASS X Certificates," "CLASS R-I CERTIFICATES," "CLASS R-II CERTIFICATES" or "CLASS R-III CERTIFICATES," mean the Certificates designated as "Class A-1," "Class A-1A," "Class A-2," "Class A-2FL," "Class A-3," "Class A-4," "Class ▇-▇," "▇▇▇▇▇ ▇-▇," "Class A-MFL," "Class A-J," "Class A-JFL," "Class B," "Class C," "Class D," "Class E," "Class F," "Class G," "Class H," "Class J," "Class K," "Class L," "Class M," "Class N," "Class O," "Class P," "Class Q," "Class S," "Class T," "Class X," "Class R-I," "Class R-II" and "Class R-III" respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibits.

Examples of Class S Certificates in a sentence

  • The Class S Certificates shall be issued, maintained and transferred in minimum percentage interests of 10% of such Class S Certificates and in integral multiples of 1% in excess thereof.

  • With respect to the Class S Certificates, the Certificate Administrator is hereby directed to assume that Hare & Co. is the only “middleman” as defined by the WHFIT Regulations unless it has actual knowledge to the contrary or the Depositor provides the Certificate Administrator with the identity of any other “middlemen”.

  • In the event that no such optional termination occurs, the obligations and responsibilities created by the Agreement will terminate upon notice to the Trustee upon the earliest of (i) the Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balances of the Regular Certificates have been reduced to zero, (ii) the final payment or other liquidation of the last Mortgage Loan in the Trust, (iii) the Distribution Date for the Certificates other than the Class S Certificates in November, 2032.

  • In the event that no such optional termination occurs, the obligations and responsibilities created by the Agreement will terminate upon notice to the Trust Administrator upon the earliest of (i) the Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balances of the Regular Certificates have been reduced to zero, (ii) the final payment or other liquidation of the last Mortgage Loan in the Trust, (iii) the Distribution Date for the Certificates other than the Class S Certificates in July, 2032.

  • In the event that no such optional termination occurs, the obligations and responsibilities created by the Agreement will terminate upon notice to the Trustee upon the earliest of (i) the Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balances of the Regular Certificates have been reduced to zero, (ii) the final payment or other liquidation of the last Mortgage Loan in the Trust and (iii) the Distribution Date for the Certificates other than the Class S Certificates in March, 2033.

  • In the event that no such optional termination occurs, the obligations and responsibilities created by the Agreement will terminate upon notice to the Trust Administrator upon the earliest of (i) the Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balances of the Regular Certificates have been reduced to zero, (ii) the final payment or other liquidation of the last Mortgage Loan in the Trust, (iii) the Distribution Date for the Certificates other than the Class S Certificates in May, 2032.

  • If issued, the Class S Certificates shall be issued, maintained and transferred in minimum percentage interests of 10% of such Class S Certificates and in integral multiples of 1% in excess thereof.

  • The Offered Certificates, the Class S Certificates, the Class C Certificates and the Class R Certificates are together referred to herein as the "Certificates." Terms capitalized herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings set forth in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

Related to Class S Certificates

  • Class S Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-18 hereto and evidencing an undivided beneficial interest in the Class S Specific Grantor Trust Assets. The Class S Certificates have no Pass-Through Rate, Certificate Balance or Notional Amount.

  • Class A-S Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-8 hereto.
