For avoidance of doubt, the Class Settlement Administrator may be the same Person as the Individual Settlement Administrator.
Such a claim is known as a “Holdback Claim.” Defendants will develop a process for approving these payments, which will be subject to review and consent of the Class Settlement Administrator, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.
