The purpose of the Classified Employees Enhancement Program (C.E.E.P.) is to provide a plan for classified personnel that encourages participation and may provide funding for course work, conferences and other appropriate learning and educational activities.
The District and the Union have agreed to establish a Classified Employees Enhancement Program (C.E.E.P.) in accordance with the following provisions, and the District shall allocate funds annually by location and employee population to implement the Classified Employees Enhancement Program.
If a class is cancelled or the employee does not pursue taking the class, notification must be provided to the Director of Classified Employees in Human Resources in order to release those funds for other use.
The District shall establish an Inservice Fund in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for each year of the contract for the purpose of providing an inservice program for Classified Employees.
An employee must file a Classified Employees Request for Reimbursement form to secure the prior approval for reimbursement.
