Clause 27. Any sum payable by the contractor as compensation under any of these condition shall be deemed to be reasonable compensation for the Act or default in respect of which the same becomes payable without proof of the actual amount of damages or loss sustained. Clause 28: In the case of a tender by partners, contractor shall State the name of the firm and shall notify to the Engineer-in- change any change in the constitution of the firm as soon as such change occurs.
