Clause or Clauses means clause or clauses of Tender Document;

Examples of Clause or Clauses in a sentence

  • If a conflict or inconsistency arises between any wording in a Clause of this Agreement and any wording included in a Schedule of this Agreement, the wording in the Clause will take precedence unless this Agreement expressly states that in relation to a particular Clause or Clauses, a Schedule takes precedence.

  • The grievance must state in what respect the Agreement has been alleged to be violated or misinterpreted with reference to the specific Clause or Clauses relied upon and the nature of the relief or remedy sought.

  • Written grievances in respect to the Collective Agreement must state which specific Clause or Clauses have been alleged to be violated or misinterpreted.

  • If any Clause or Clauses of this Agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then the Parties shall take all possible steps to re-negotiate and to re-structure this Agreement in such a manner that it will comply with provisions of such laws.

  • The written grievance should state the nature of the grievance, should note the specific Clause or Clauses of the Agreement allegedly violated, and should state the remedy requested.

  • If this cannot be done, the offending Clause or Clauses will be removed and regarded as pro non scripto, and the remaining Clauses of this Agreement shall remain binding on the Parties.

  • A grievance shall state the facts upon which the grievance is based, the particular Clause or Clauses of the Collective Agreement that are the subject of the grievance and the remedy requested.

  • All grievances must identify the Article, Clause or Clauses of this Agreement which are claimed to have been violated.

  • If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, invalid or unlawful under any enactment or rule of law the court shall have the power to strike out or override that part whether it be an entire Clause or Clauses or some part or parts thereof and enforce this Agreement as if the offending part or parts had not been included.

  • All grievances must identify the Article, Clause or Clauses of this Agreement, which are claimed to have been violated.

Related to Clause or Clauses

  • Additional Clauses means the additional Clauses in Call Off Schedule 14 (Alternative and/or Additional Clauses) and any other additional Clauses set out in the Call Off Order Form or elsewhere in this Call Off Contract;

  • Clause means a clause of this Agreement;

  • Paragraph means a portion of this Decree identified by an Arabic numeral.

  • UK Standard Contractual Clauses means the Standard Contractual Clauses for data controller to data processor transfers approved by the European Commission in decision 2010/87/EU.
