Clean-Up Call Date definition

Clean-Up Call Date. The second Distribution Date immediately following the Auction Termination Date.
Clean-Up Call Date. The first Distribution Date following the last day of the Remittance Period on which the Pool Balance has declined to 10% or less of the Pool Balance as of the Cut-Off Date.

More Definitions of Clean-Up Call Date

Clean-Up Call Date. The first Monthly Remittance Date on which the aggregate outstanding principal balances of the Home Equity Loans as of the close of business on the last day of the immediately preceding Remittance Period has declined to 10% or less of the Maximum Collateral Amount.
Clean-Up Call Date. The first Monthly Remittance Date on which the aggregate Loan Balances of the Home Equity Loans has declined to $40,000,000 or less.
