Cleaning area definition
Cleaning area means an area, physically separated from all work stations or waiting areas, where contaminated tools or equipment are sanitized and disinfected.
Cleaning area means the area that ISS is contracted to clean, including internal areas, offices, toilets, kitchens and all other common or public areas but excluding car parks. Contract means the Major Services Contract between ISS and Queensland Airport Limited for Cleaning Services. Employee means an employee of ISS performing work as described in classifications in Schedule A. Employer or ISS means ISS Security Pty Ltd (ABN 14 001 375 186). FWC means the Fair Work Commission. NES means National Employment Standards as described in Part 2-2 of the Act. Ordinary Rate of Pay means the appropriate Base rate of pay for a full-time Employee, set out in Schedule B. Parties means the Employees, ISS and a union granted coverage by FWC on approval. Public holiday means a day identified as a public holiday in the NES. Shiftworker is defined in Clause 21.2 Union means a union granted coverage by FWC on approval. Workplace delegate has the meaning given by section 350C(1) of the Act.
