Clear Funds definition
Clear Funds means funds that are available to be drawn from Your nominated bank account/card to meet the requirements of this Agreement.
Clear Funds means cash or bank cheque or the receipt of clear funds to Materials Handling’s bank account which has been verified by Materials Handling’s bank as being clear funds or an order for payment or negotiable instrument which has been approved by Materials Handling’s bankers as one upon which Materials Handling can immediately draw as cash without further recourse.
Clear Funds means an amount received by Us which has not dishonoured.
Examples of Clear Funds in a sentence
Funds Electronic Settlement from Visa Server to the processing Merchant Common Bank Account will clear within 3 to 6 hours and the merchant bank should Clear Funds Compensate the Merchant/Receiver's account Same day.
The Operator must pay to the Transferring Participant in Clear Funds any proceeds of the Transfer Price actually received by the Operator in exchange for delivery of the transfer agreement under this provision.
