Clearing Manager definition

Clearing Manager means the service provider for the time being who is appointed as clearing manager pursuant to the regulations;
Clearing Manager means the person acting as the clearing manager pursuant to NZEM or such other person from time to time to whom Metering Data is to be sent pursuant to NZEM;
Clearing Manager has the meaning under the EGRs. "Claims" has the meaning in clause 11.1.
