Client Assessment definition

Client Assessment has the meaning given to it in Clause 3.1 of Schedule D, of Part IIIAdditional Terms.
Client Assessment. The process conducted by the Client Business to evaluate the suitability and needs of a Lead presented by PLUS Tenders T/A PLUS Care Providers.
Client Assessment means the assessment conducted by CHAS by reviewing the Application against the Client Criteria to determine whether the Client will be permitted to use the Services and access the Client Portal.
