Examples of Client Consents in a sentence

  • All authorizations, consents, orders and approvals of all Governmental Authorities and officials, all third party consents, and all Enhanced Advisory Client Consents set forth on Schedule 8.1(b) shall have been received and not rescinded by the Closing Date by Sellers or waived by the applicable parties thereto.

Related to Client Consents

  • Required Consents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.
