Client Data Subjects definition

Client Data Subjects means the former and current directors, officers and employees and customers of the Client and Client Affiliates;
Client Data Subjects means any person we obtain personal information from, including suppliers, customers and people whom enquire or contact us through our Website, or make use of our contact details provided to contact us in other methods.

  • Data Subjects means all individuals whose Personal Information we receive in the course of our banking relationship with you, including your direct and indirect beneficial owners, directors, officers and authorized persons.
