Client Locations definition

Client Locations means the location or locations owned, operated, managed, contracted and/or occupied by Client, its Affiliates, or its Authorized Users to which the Solutions, Software or Services are delivered, including but not limited to or leased by TRITAN and used to deliver the Solutions, including terminals and other equipment, wires, lines, ports, routers, switches, channel service units, data service units, cabinets, racks, private rooms and the like.
Client Locations means offices of the Client at Sewa Bhawan building & West Block-II building, R. K. Puram, Sector-1, New Delhi-66; 18A, NRPC Complex, Shaheed Jeet Singh Marg, Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi – 16 and residences of Senior Officers of the Client located in National Capital Region.
Client Locations means Central Electricity Authority offices at Sewa Bhawan.

Examples of Client Locations in a sentence

  • Client is responsible for ensuring compliance of its Authorized Users across all Client Locations.

  • Upon reasonable notice of not less than ten (10) days, and not more than once per contract year, TRITAN may verify Client's compliance with this Master Agreement and applicable Orders at all Client Locations and for all environments in which Client uses the Software.

  • Client’s designated driver will deliver used PPE generated at Client Locations to the designated drop off location.

  • Each Order will specify the number of Client Locations covered by this Agreement.

  • All coverage shall be underwritten by companies authorized to do business in the state of the Client Locations and currently rated A- or better by A.M. Best Company or otherwise acceptable to Manager.

Client Locations means individually each, and collectively all, of the premises occupied, owned, operated or leased by Client to which Unisys provides the Services, as set forth in Appendix F of this SOW.

Related to Client Locations

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Locations mean one or more of the healthcare or other facilities owned by the Borrower on the Property as identified on Schedule 1.1(a) hereto.

  • Worksite location means a construction site or other temporary worksite in this state at which the employer provides services for more than twenty days during the calendar year. "Worksite location" does not include the home of an employee.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Off-Site Location means any real property other than the Real Property.

  • SITE / LOCATION means any Site where BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. desires to receive materials any where in India as mentioned in RFQ.

  • CIP (Destinations means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to named port of destination. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.

  • Remote location means any location that is at least one (1.0) mile from the location of a receptor. "Receptor" includes, but is not limited to, any hospital, school, day care center, work site, business, residence, and permanent campground. The distance to the nearest receptor is to be measured from the outermost limit of the area to be disturbed or road surface, whichever is closer.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.

  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a residential customer.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.
