Client Machines definition

Client Machines means the Machines owned or leased by Client that are listed in Schedule V, which will be modified from time to time during the Term to reflect all Machines owned or leased by Client that are used by Client to interface with the System or Services.
Client Machines means equipment used by Client Group to obtain the Services, including computers and related equipment, such as central processing units and other processors, controllers, modems, communications and telecommunications equipment (voice, data and video), cables, storage devices, printers, terminals, other peripherals and input and output devices, and other tangible mechanical and electronic equipment intended for the processing, input, output, storage, manipulation, communication, transmission and retrieval of information and data.

Examples of Client Machines in a sentence

  • Client shall be responsible for installation activities and upgrades to the Client Machines and Client Network, including to accommodate software currency and Enhancements.

  • Although Sigmadyne makes available to the Customer a licensing feature which allows Client Machines to access the license on a Host Machine, Sigmadyne makes no warranty that this feature will function on the Customer’s network equipment.

  • Client shall allow Service Provider to use, [***]* for the benefit of Client only, those Client facilities and Client assets (including the Client Software and the Client Machines) being used to perform the Termination Assistance Services for as long as Service Provider is providing the Termination Assistance Services.

  • All necessary Consents for Service Provider to use the Client Machines and perform the Services with respect to such Client Machines will be obtained according to Article 14 of the Agreement.

  • This Schedule E sets forth the Client Machines, which may be used by, or managed by, sold or assigned to Service Provider, to provide the Services.

  • Until the Security Pan is completed, Service Provider agrees to follow Client’s existing policies, standards and procedures (to the extent applicable to the Services) for Services provided from the Client Premises and using Client Machines, and Client agrees that Service Provider shall use Service Provider’s existing policies, standards and procedures for Services provided from Service Provider Locations other than the Client Premises or using Machines other than the Client Machines.

  • For the Hosting Services and use of the Client Machines, Service Provider may discontinue use on [***]* notice.

  • For Client Machines that will act as servers as well there should be no more than 3 connections per office.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Client shall in no event be required to sell any Client Machines or Client Software to Service Provider.

Related to Client Machines

  • Client Materials means all works and materials supplied by or on behalf of the Client to the Consultant for incorporation into the Deliverables or for some other use in connection with the Services;

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Virtual Machine means a software container that can run its own operating system and execute applications like a physical machine.

  • ticket machine means an apparatus of a type and design, approved by the Secretary of State for Transport, for the purpose, inter alia, of this Order, being apparatus designed to indicate the time by a clock, and to issue parking tickets which show that a payment has been made of an amount, or for a period specified thereon, and which specify the date and either the time of such payment, or the time at which the vehicle must leave the parking place;
