Client Related Party means the Client, or any agent, Solicitor or sub Solicitor of the Client.

Client Related Party means any guest or invitee of the Client, any co-worker, employee or employer of the Client, any customer of the Client or any person, including members of the public, that may attend an event organised by the Client that features the Vehicle. ‘Company’ shall mean Star Car Hire Limited, a company incorporated in Northern Ireland with company number NI057689, or Star Car Hire Weddings Ltd, a company incorporated in Northern Ireland with company number NI057349, both with registered office at 0X Xxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, XX00 0XX. ‘Driver’ shall mean the chauffeur of the Vehicle being either the Owner or any person so appointed by the Owner. ‘Hire’ shall mean the contract between the Owner and the Client for the hire of a Vehicle, incorporating these terms and conditions. ‘Owner’ shall mean the party that owns and supplies the Vehicle for the Hire. ‘Reservation’ shall be deemed to mean a Hire where a deposit has been paid to hold the date, but the full amount has yet to be paid. ‘Vehicle’ shall mean any form of transport including, but not limited to, car, truck, van, bike or bus supplied by the Owner to the Client.

Examples of Client Related Party in a sentence

  • Gains and losses arising from changes in fair value of financial liabilities classified as held for trading shall be included in the income statement and shall be reported as ‘Net gains/(losses) on financial instruments classified as held for trading’.

  • Save as expressly set out in this Agreement, neither Instinet nor any Instinet Related Party makes any warranty, representation, or other assurance express or implied, to the Client or any Client Related Party concerning the Electronic Services and any liability for any such representation, warranty or other assurance is expressly excluded to the maximum extent possible by law.

  • CONDUCT 5.1 The Client is responsible for his own behaviour and conduct, and that of any Client Related Party.

  • Table 3.2-2 indicates that for 1998, approximately 765 low-speed engines and 497 medium-speed engines were produced for a total of 1,262 Category 3 engines worldwide.

  • In the event of the Client or any Client Related Party failing to wear a seatbelt, where fitted, the Hire will be terminated without any refund, and furthermore the Client will indemnify the Owner and the Driver against any and all fines imposed as a consequence of the breach of the legal requirement.

Related to Client Related Party

  • Parent Related Party means Parent, Merger Sub, the Lender (as defined below), or any of their respective former, current and future general or limited partners, shareholders, financing sources, managers, members, agents, directors, officers, employees or Affiliates (excluding any Company Related Party).

  • Agent-Related Person has the meaning assigned to it in Section 9.03(d).

  • Parent Related Parties means each of Parent, Merger Sub, any of their respective former, current or future equityholders, controlling Persons, limited or general partners, managers, members, Affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, stockholders, assignees or Representatives.

  • Agent-Related Persons means Agent, together with its Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents.

  • Seller Related Party means Seller and its officers, directors, employees, controlling persons, agents and representatives and their respective successors and assigns.

  • Contractor Related Parties means any affliates of the Contractor and the Contractor's executive officers, Pennsylvania officers and directors, or owners of 5 percent or more interest in the Contractor.

  • Seller Related Parties means Seller and its Affiliates, and their respective fiduciaries, shareholders, equity holders, members, managers, partners, directors, divisions, officers, managers, executives, employees, independent contractors, freelancers, consultants and other Representatives, and the successors and assigns of each of them.

  • Company Related Party means the Company and its Subsidiaries and any of their respective former, current and future officers, employees, directors, partners, shareholders, management members or Affiliates (excluding any Parent Related Party).

  • Lender-Related Person means, with respect to any Lender, such Lender, together with such Lender’s Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents.

  • Purchaser Related Parties has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.

  • Related Party Contract has the meaning set forth in Section 3.25.

  • Company Related Parties means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries and any of their respective former, current or future stockholders, managers, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, advisors, other representatives or successors or assignees of any of the foregoing.

  • Unrelated Person means any Person other than (i) a Subsidiary of Borrower or (ii) an employee stock ownership plan or other employee benefit plan covering the employees of Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

  • Related Party(ies) means, with respect to any Person, such Person’s Affiliates, and the partners, members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, trustees and advisors of such Person and of such Person’s Affiliates.

  • Related Party Agreement means any agreement, arrangement, or understanding between the Company and any Stockholder or any Affiliate of a Stockholder or any Director, officer, or employee of the Company, as such agreement may be amended, modified, supplemented, or restated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Health-related services means services that may have an effect on the health of individuals but are not health services or social care services;

  • Administrative Agent-Related Persons means Administrative Agent, its Affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and attorneys-in-fact of the Administrative Agent and its Affiliates.

  • Drug-related criminal activity means the illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, use, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute, or use of a controlled substance (as defined in Section 102 or the Controlled Substance Act [21 U.S.C. 802]).

  • Bona fide physician-patient relationship means a treatment or counseling relationship between a physician and patient in which all of the following are present:

  • Rule 506(d) Related Party means, with respect to any Person, any other Person that is a beneficial owner of such first Person’s securities for purposes of Rule 506(d) under the Securities Act.

  • Customer relationship means a continuing relationship between a consumer and a licensee under which the licensee provides one or more insurance products or services to the consumer that are to be used primarily for personal, family or household purposes.

  • Related Party Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19 herein.

  • Affiliated Party means, with respect to any Purchaser, any person or entity which, directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with such Purchaser, including, without limitation, any general partner, officer or director of such Purchaser and any venture capital fund now or hereafter existing which is controlled by one or more general partners of, or shares the same management company as, such Purchaser.

  • Borrower Related Party As defined in Section 3.33 of this Agreement.

  • Terminated Party As defined in Section 7.01(c) of this Agreement.
