Examples of Client Representatives in a sentence

  • The Client shall cause and hereby represents that each of its Client Representatives to whom the TPG Capital BD Information is disclosed is legally bound to keep such TPG Capital BD Information confidential as provided by this Section 6.

  • Any Change Request shall be made in writing and sent to the Client Representatives or Supplier Representative (as appropriate) and shall set out the change in sufficient detail so as to enable the other Party to make a proper assessment of such change.

  • The Client shall be responsible for any damages to TPG Capital BD to the extent caused by breaches of this Section 6 by any of its Client Representatives.

  • Client agrees to procure the foregoing rights from all Client Representatives prior to their participation in the Event and shall provide a written release upon request by ALM.

  • Parent Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.

  • Seller’s Representatives means Seller’s accountants, employees, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors, and other representatives.
