Client Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 5(b) of the RRD Services Agreement.

E.6.1 Although we will endeavour to diversify the Portfolio in accordance with the investment objectives and guidelines set out in Schedule G, Client Schedules, the Portfolio may hold a few, relatively large positions in securities in relation to the capital of the Portfolio.
