Client Specific Materials definition
Client Specific Materials means, collectively, any content, data, hardware, software or other materials provided by or on behalf of Client or any of its users, or derived from these materials required to support the Services for the Client, exclusive of derived materials and databases created by XIFIN based upon permanently de-identified Client data].
Client Specific Materials means any user guide or other documentation prepared by ESP, specifically for the Client’s use of the Services (and not for use by ESP's clients or customers (or any segment of them) generally).
