Client Works definition

Client Works means all building, inspection, installation and other works which are not Works and which are to be performed by you or by someone other than us on your behalf.
Client Works means tangible and intangible information and developments that are owned by Client (including Client Software, to the fullest extent of Client’s rights therein), including all intermediate and/or partial versions thereof and all designs, specifications, inventions, discoveries, improvements, materials, program materials, software, flow charts, notes, outlines, lists, compilations, manuscripts, writings, pictorial materials, schematics, other creations, and the like, in any form or media.
Client Works means all other works which are not Service and which are to be performed by you

  • The Client shall indemnify EME against all damages, losses and expenses arising as a result of any action or claim that any Client Works or Input Materials infringe any Intellectual Property Rights owned by a third party (“Third Party Rights”).

  • Client hereby grants AGILITY a limited, non-exclusive, revocable,royalty-free license to use any Client Works for AGILITY’s internal business purposes during the term of this MSA.

  • Urgent works means any urgent measures, which in the opinion of the Engineer-in-charge become necessary during the progress of the work to obviate any risk of accident or failure or which become necessary for security.

  • Client Materials means all works and materials supplied by or on behalf of the Client to the Consultant for incorporation into the Deliverables or for some other use in connection with the Services;

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);
