Clients Rights. As a client, you have rights regarding your participation in therapy and these include: o The right to ask questions about your therapy. o The right to decide not to receive therapeutic help from me.   • Intellectual Property Matters Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.

  • Intellectual Property Agreement means the Intellectual Property Agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Intellectual Property Assignments has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(a)(iv).

  • Licensed Intellectual Property Rights means all Intellectual Property Rights owned by a third party and licensed or sublicensed to either the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Security Information means account numbers and/or Username as applicable, passwords and other information required to identify you for the purposes of you trading with us under this Agreement.
