Cliff Vest definition
Cliff Vest with respect to any Award means the lump-sum vesting of 100% of such Award following the passage of a multi-year period after the date of grant. The terms “Cliff Vesting” and “Cliff Vested” shall have correlative meanings.
Examples of Cliff Vest in a sentence
The Option, any Additional Options, the Cliff- Vest Restricted Stock, the Performance Restricted Stock and any other equity granted the Executive pursuant to Section 4(c)(iv) hereof shall be forfeited effective on the Date of Termination.
